Excellent Hotel Near Ikebukuro Station
train station helpful staff tasty food western options
The hotel has a great location next to the train station. I found many shops and restaurants around the hotel. Staff at the lifts always had a helpful smile. Breakfast included tasty food with Japanese and Western options.
The hotel had no outlet on one side of the bed. I needed to request an extension cord. This was a slight inconvenience.

The reception staff spoke English well. Staff were helpful and showed a customer-oriented attitude. I appreciate the quick and effective support I received .

The hotel features a direct airport bus service for easy travel. There is a microwave for guest use. In-house laundry machines allow convenient washing and drying. I could check machine availability from my room, very useful.

The room had a spacious layout and offered a well-equipped setup with many amenities. The room included a very large double bed which was very comfortable. I had great views from the 24th floor facing the city.

Mixed feelings about this stay
stained furniture slow shower
The location near the train station was definitely convenient.
The room felt quite dated. I noticed stains on the furniture and walls (it wasn't a pretty sight). To top it off, the shower drained very slowly, a bit of a nuisance.

convenient location great shopping good breakfast dusty room poor ventilation inadequate cleaning
the hotel is close to the station. shopping was great in the area. i found the location convenient. the breakfast was very good.
my room felt dusty upon arrival. dust was present on the table and under the tv. it quickly accumulated . i suspect this was due to poor ventilation or inadequate cleaning.

limited space hallway noise
The location provide easy access to transport. The station are near.
The room I was assigne was smaller than expected. Space was limited, and this made it difficult to store luggage. The noise from the hallway was very loud, it disrupted my sleep.
